Group distribution:

• Online Training -  We do it through Instagram. In general, everything is the same, as if we were engaged with you in the gym with only one difference that I can not reach you and thus with great advantage that the absence of territorial priviledges. The possibility to do sports in any place (at home, park, vacation, work) under the supervision of a professional coach.

• Group training– Groups of 8 to 12 people. Trainings are conducted under the leadership of a senior coach. In our sports club, the following sections are held: Boxing, kickboxing, Thai boxing, Jiu Jitsu, MMA.

 

• Mini groups - Groups consisting of 6-8 people. In any section of our club and your particular type of martial arts. With the utmost respect for everyone who is engaged in our club. Comfort, efficiency and results.

 

• Individual training – is an exercise from your personal plan with a trainer. In other words, personal training is training with a trainer according to an individual program. That is, according to the program specially selected for you.

 

• Martial arts and sections :  In our sports club, the following sections are conducted: Boxing, kickboxing, Thai boxing, jiu-jitsu, MMA mixed martial arts.

 

• Groups and Sections :

1. Children's group (from 7 to 10 years old).
2. The children's group of early adolescents. ( 11 to 15 ).
3. Younger group of early adolescents. ( from 18 to 60 ).
4. Children's group of middle level (from 10 to 12 years).
5. Kid's group of medium level (13 to 15 years old).
6. Secondary level (18 to 45 years).
7. The sports' average group (from 15 to 18 years).
8. Sports group of masters від 15 до 18 years ).
